As part of a facilitation skills course I have included a short session on Tuckman's Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing Model and would like to recommend some further reading for those who want to find out more. I would prefer something that is really user-friendly and not too "heavy". If you can recommend anything that is fairly recent, so much the better.
