Know a good book on group dynamics?

As part of a facilitation skills course I have included a short session on Tuckman's Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing Model and would like to recommend some further reading for those who want to find out more. I would prefer something that is really user-friendly and not too "heavy". If you can recommend anything that is fairly recent, so much the better.

Another article with essential coverage of team building.
A fascinating paper that looks at some current practices in team building and makes some insightful criticisms of them.
An absolutely fantastic resource, chocker blocked with information and articles on team building. An absolute must for anyone working in this area.
A range of quite interesting articles on team working.
A PowerPoint presentation on Team Building and Team Dynamics, brilliant.
An interesting article from TMS on team building and its relationship to consultancy. Good, but their questionnaire is way overpriced.

Basically a précis to some research on the impact of knowledge about aspects of personal learning style on team effectiveness.
A gateway web site to host of team related resources, not chocker blocked but quite good.
A discourse on team roles and how the concept might be used and utilised
A short article on the strategic use of psychological testing within a team context.
A short paper on how team members might be developed and the team roles utilised to help this.
An odd site, but extremely interesting, essentially an archive of questions and answers that have been posed regarding teams and team working, interesting.
