I need to find a means of providing training (either via a CD / online training or possibly coaching sessions) to people who need to improve their English 'business writing' skills. How to write in clear english; how to write succinctly. I need to provide this training in UK, US and China and it may be that different means of addressing this need are used in each country. I am looking for ideas / comments / other trainer's experience and advice in providing this type of training to graduates and those who do not speak english as their first language

Teaching writing skills
I have taught several courses to both native and non-native speakers, and I believe that there is nothing to beat individual face-to-face interaction. Once you have your core course elements in place (and I’m sure either of the ones recommended will provide those brilliantly), the students need relevant, individualised tasks, and frequent, discussion-based feedback. And they need time. As long as the feedback is clear and consistent the results of this kind of training can be phenomenal! Good luck.
