I am trying to get hold of as much Customer Service Training material as possible in order to put together a reference libary for Team Leaders and Coaches. I have searched the net for any freebies with regards to Customer Service Videos, but to no avail. Areas I am looking for are, DPA, DDA, H&S, Team Working, Time Managment, Assertive Handling, Performance Managment, Appraisals.
Has anyone come across any material that I can get my hands on.

I have had a similar search with no joy, however, came across a useful free download regarding working styles. Why not check it out. It went down well in the team training days I ran.
