Distance Learning – Update

default-16x9

We have 2 German speaking (& based trainers) who speak good English that we need to put through a ‘Train-The-Trainer’ programme. At present we are unable to have face to face contact or do telephone conferencing.

The trainers have a good understanding of our in-house system and are required to pick-up 6 modules, which we feel, would take a total of 5 weeks to learn. There is a possibility that they may be able to visit the UK for a 2-week period. We are able to e-mail training material to them along with PowerPoint presentations and trainer notes.

Any suggestions on how to get them up to speed with these constraints?!

I can only assume, given your earlier posting, that you are looking for a method of realtime contact with dispersed individuals that transcends the (in your situation) limitations of teleconferencing. Have you considered setting up a chat room solely for this purpose?
Failing that, there are a couple of other options that I could think of.

If this is a solution that may be of interest to you, send mail – happy to help.
