Are you looking for an employment,service delivery or educational perspective – or all 3. I imagine the historical.demographic,moral,business as well as the legal arguments also need developing,read with the recent euro directive on religion.Does your organisation have a race relations strategy inter alia the Race Relations Act 2000?

Plenty to choose from
The AoC have specialist consultants who can help in this area, but they’re often expensive & all south-east based.
Patrick Morrison (nickelmorrison@aol.com) delivers training on harassment, bullying, and equal opportunities (behavioural) – tell him I sent you.
Andy Forbes from Oldham College is a specialist in Equal Ops in all areas (curriculum, legislation etc).
Gary
