wo are either new or inexperienced sales people?
I am looking to design an in-house 1/2 day course for the groups mentioned above.

Essentials of Sales
I have spoken to a company called Abraham Airey Training Consultants (they were recommended to us) in the past and I know they run an “Essentials of Sales” course, its a two day course but they may be able to provide a course outline you can look at and then tailor it to suit your needs.
