How about starting one? A good place to search may be via the networks such as LinkedIn or Ecademy – more and more trainers are joining international groups because of the opportunity to share knowledge.

The ASTD does not have a chapter in the UK per se; ASTD International is considered to address the needs of many international markets, including the UK. Have a look at this: http://www.astd.org/membership/international/

In the UK, the professional body for HR & Training professionals is now the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development). Information is at http://www.cipd.co.uk.
