   or what?

2. telephone skills course more information

   Thanks for the advice, it is much appreciated.

   I work at our local college and am running a telephone skills course for adults.

   This is to include telephone etiquette, communication the right way to get your message accross, positive phrases to use, difficulties of communicating via telephone, voicemail etiquette, handling difficult calls

   I hope this is a little clearer
