EQ / IQ / MQ
I use the Herbert & Smith model showing the relative predictive impact of EQ, IQ and MQ (management quotient) in assessing leadership potential. In particular, this is useful to use in relation to graduate recruitment, to show that measuring competencies alone is not the best way to predict future leadership potential.
