All,
With over 40,000 TZ members I write wondering why so few are members of the TZ group in Linked-in? This would be a great medium for us to network further but the group only has 300 members. What are people's opinions of using Linked-in as a networking forum? Like it? Dislike it? Why?

In and Out
Hi Ranjit
The more you put in to a forum the more you get out. There may be 40000 members but only about 10 people ever say anything.
Its not enough being a member of something and not adding to the content.. Some posts on here have 300+ reads and 1 comment. If people read a post and just say "that was interesting, rubbish, funny" this website might be a good place to learn something.
If you don’t water the plants they tend to die so I hope people start making this a more interesting place and share their thoughts as it seems to be the same old faces all the time! Linkedin isn’t much better.

Steve
You may have a point

You may have a point there – pity because I learn so much from other people’s inputs.
Meetings
Hi Ranjit
Hope you enjoy your Virtual meeting for 1 🙂
I’ll report back on my Training network meeting for 1 and we can compare notes.
Item 1 on my agenda will be to remove all the bad words from a Trainers vocabulary…starting with… game, icebreaker, fun, warm up, covering topics, and getting points across…
Looking forward to a heated debate with myself!
Steve
