Training in “Authority”

I am training a group of teachers in leadership skills, and specifically in leading a team. I am using a model which focusses on Accountability, Capability and Authority. I am looking for exercises and a model which I can use to illustrate different levels of authority etc.

can you provide more background information about the model you are using – the authors, a reference? Would be easier to comment then.
