A couple of years ago, I was told about 7 common ‘management traps’ – they were things like urgency, competition, control etc. I really like the concept, and it would be perfect to include in a Management Development Programme that I’m writing.
Does anyone know the origin and/or could point me in the direction of books or websites that provide more information?
