I wondered if anybody has any advice.  I have been asked to review all the job evaluation tools/software that are available in the current market as part of a project.   Does anyone have any first hand experience or info about the best applications available for smaller retail organisations (around 87 employees).

Any information you can give me would be very much appreciated.
