     Hi Josh,

We’ve experience of setting up grad schemes within a variety of large organisations and are the current providers of Heinekens IGP  (for the last 6 years).

Would be happy to discuss with you in detail our experience and to understand where you are..(from recruitment and selection? integratated business placements..performance mgt…to graduate training and development and landing roles / perm positions)

  2. Grad training programme

Hi Josh, would be happy to let you know how I went about it for our organisation. Set one up last year, first year grads just successfully promoted into permanent posts. My main advice would be to concentrate on getting them the right mix of activities  and development, and challenge them, if you stretch them and give them room to experiment they’ll add huge value. What type of business are you in? How many grads?

  3. Graduate Hiring for manufacturing and engineering companies

    Hi Josh

Not sure what sector you are in but this might be useful: http://semta.org.uk/employers/funding

An incentive grant of £1,000 is available through Semta to support the employment and training of graduates in UK advanced manufacturing and engineering SMEs (companies with up to 249 employees).
