Hi Louise
I think the best way to find great activities is to attend as many courses as you can and adapt some of the better activities to your own needs…in the meantime here are some websites I find quite useful.

Our Favourite Learning Games
We have had a lot of success lately with the ideas in the book "Duct Tape Teambuilding Games" by Tom Heck. Participants love the games!

Best training games
In general, I would suggest that the games you create yourself will be the most engaging, relevant and interesting to your participants. Any generic offering will be just that – generic. You'll still need to do a lot of work to make that generic content relevant to your own company's situation with set up and follow up content / activities.
Having said that, where generic content is what you need, we have used material from a company called Northgate Training, based in Bath in the UK, for many years.
All the games I have used from them have been fun and interesting with sensible guidelines for debriefing and follow up.
Kind regards,
Sophie
