Hello Again,

Looing for some thoughts on training governance.

Within our organisation we have SME's who are delivering software training to colleagues, therefore a lot of peer to peer and informal learning occurs.  Trouble is, this is not monitored or evaluated.

I am in the process of setting up a learning network and trying to put some governance in place to at least monitor and record learning, however I am looking for suggestions on how to support the SME's / coaches, how to understand the success / impact of learning both immediately and over time.

I want to set up a meeting to support the coaches (who are the SME's) and give them tools to help them evaluate learning, however I'm a little stumped on where to start... 'happy sheets' will get 'sign off' however will not support the coaches / learners... thoughts?
