I need to facilitate an awareness session with my team of Directors on taking Ownership. from people to task. They are very tightly managed so its more about what they can do, rather than changing the business / management style.
Any ideas would be greatly welcome. Its a team of 5, and could do with a 2 hour session.

at the risk of sounding glib….
If your "directors" are so "tightly managed" that they don't take ownership of their roles I would suggest that it is less they who need training but their boss (business owner? plc MD?) who needs to learn to stop ruling with a rod of iron!
