Hello everyone,
I would like to recommend a pre-test/post-test to assist with evaluation of a learning program, but would love a 'tricky' new name, as 'Pre-test/Post-test' sounds pretty boring. Any suggestions?
This is how it works...
At the start of the day, participants will record their answers to a series of multiple choice questions in column A, then as they progress through the training, if they hear/learn something and wish to change their answer, they will record their new answer in column B. The Facilitator collects the pre-test/post-test which will give some indication of the change in knowledge as a result of the learning event. As mentioned previously, this is only one aspect of evaluation - I just need your creativity to help me sell it!!

Hi Steve, thanks for your reply! There is no specific subject area – I just want a name for pre-test/post-tests generally. A couple of suggestions along the lines of 'WILT' are 'Wisdom' or 'WINK' (What I now know) tests.
