Hi - I am interested in the process of setting up a licensing system for delivery of some training. This is for a scenario where we are the authors of regulatory materials and the industry have a need to be trained in this. We do not have the capacity to deliver the training and are therefore interested in licensing other organisations to do this function.
I am interested to know if anyone has experience of setting this sort of system up and how I could go about it.

Does this help?
I don't know if this is a comparable model, but it might be worth speaking to Emma Sue Prince of Unimenta – I know she licenses trainers to deliver the Advantage training

We have done this
Hi Clare
We have developed an accredited course which is now delivered by other organisations in different parts of the world under licence to ourselves. We went to lawyers to have a contract drawn up which covers everything we need. The licensed partner signs the contract and we supply them with all the training notes, presentations, handouts etc. We have certain criteria which they have to abide by in terms of trainers, delivery and use of logos etc.
Please let me know if you'd like any further information.
