Has anyone got any words of wisdom, poems or stories rather than theory similar to the "Monkeys ladders and bananas" below? Conflict and change being my main areas of interest. This one is perfect but most people will have seen it...new material needed. Thanks

    Hi Steve, I'm sure you'll find it on the net but check out a poem called 'the Zax' it's by Dr Seuss.  Like a lot of his stories it has a massive lesson to be learned about modern (business) life and this one is a perfect tale when discussing change.
