Innovation is often core to business strategy. I'm keen to hear experiences, views and ideas on how L&D has successfully supported this business goal. From formal training and social learning through to everyday practices and culture, who is the best in the field and how have you helped build a 'curriculum' to foster innovation and a growth mindset? Thanks in advance for your contributions! Looking forward to some discussion....

I am head of L&D and as an experienced facilitator I also so lead a facilitation team made up of 20 enthusiastic volunteers who have committed to working two days per month initially to train and then to facilitate other teams across our business in our innovation hub which is a refurbished departure lounge form the old airport.
This role is in addition to their other work which is expected to be maintained and does not attract additional payment.
One of the companies values and competitive edges is innovation and the hub and team will provide a focus for activities to support innovative thinking.
Sounds interesting. Thanks
Sounds interesting. Thanks for the reply. I’d be keen to hear more about the hub and your role in it.
What do you and the team facilitate? Discussions, activities, exercises…? Do you provide initial stimulus or material? Anything you can share? Thanks
