Executive coaching helps people who work in senior management positions with aspects of their work and life, such as leadership, project management, delegation, strategic thinking and more. The coaching element emphasises the importance of self-exploration on the part of the coachee and open, non-judgmental questions from the coach. Role plays are often used to show the executive 'what success looks like'.
