Coaching is one of the most outcome-focused aspects of learning and development. The coach works on a specific, previously agreed business problem with his/her coachee, with the method of resolution usually being through self-discovery and open questions. Many coaches are also qualified practitioners of neurolinguistic programming (NLP), although this is not mandatory.
