A customer service/training evaluation program?


Does anyone use a computer program that will give me results quickly for the above topics. I need to know whether customers I provide courses for are satisfied with the course and whether the delegates found the course useful.
I found one from RMS sytems but it doesn't do quite what I want. Also does anyone know of a training needs analysis program. Thanks in anticipation.

  1. Why a computer programme?
    If you need an evaluation of your training simply from a satisfaction viewpoint devise a course critique which targets the relevance and ability to apply the course learning points. Collate your scores and decide upon your benchmark average. I would suggest 80% or more shows customer satisfaction.
