A good team energiser in the context of ‘change’

default-16x9

I am working with a company that is about to introduce a new MD. Many of the delegates work away from the office, visiting various sites. They meet monthly, at best. They have had redundancies recently. I would like to use an energiser or practical exercise that enables me to introduce change as a challenging but potentially positive process, from which can come much learning. I haven't found anything yet that grabs me. I would find it really helpful if anyone can come up with something that has worked for them. I am good at handling process, so anything that arises will be a good learning experience for us all. Many thanks.

  1. 5-10 minute exercise
I have a 5-10 minute exercise on change that may be of use. If you email me your address I can post it to you.

  2. Try a mind map
Getting people to draw their perceptions of change and publishing this drawing can work really well as a mobiliser for change and a way of drawing out issues.

    Mail me for references.

  3. Change Culture
Our organisation has gone through massive change over the last two years and as a result we delivered a number of sessions on managing change/creating a high performance culture. We used a number of different exercises/energisers which i can help with if you want to get in touch.
