We've all been there, the slot straight after lunch when the delegates have picked up their messages, eaten their lunch and come back in to the training room several steps down the energy ladder than when they broke 45 minutes ago.

Well it looks as if this be another way to combat the slump....

    I've always timetabled a student centred active session after lunch (and after dinner on residential courses) – that is to say small group discussions, simulations, games rather than zzzzzz PowerPoint.
