1. KEY-WORD SEARCH PLEASE!!!!
   Hi
   Trainers registered with you need to be able to specify searchable keywords for their business.
   For instance, with my business, Rhythmworks Ltd, searching for ‘drumming’ works (because ‘drumming’ is in my description), but searching for ‘drums’ doesnt.

4. The site is very Training biased
   I gave up the search for info on HR issues. what is change management? Whenever you go for an interview employers ask you if you have experience of it.

5. Search Facility
   I find you site extremely useful and am always finding articles which stir up my thought processes or link with something I am working on currently. I would find it really useful though to have a keyword search facility!
