I am running an absentee management workshop and looking for some roleplays that I can use. I have 6 at present and need another 6 max. The format is each person -the manager and the absent person has their own brief and the manager has to hold a return to work interview to understand the issue with the absent person. We have just adopted the Bradford factor and absentee management is new to all mangers-so they need a lot of support
