Accredited Customer Service Training



We are a college looking to run an in-house accredited training programme for around 40 customer service staff in the new year.

Something highly practical, where say about 4 sessions would lead to an accreditation would be beneficial.

We're looking to get out some specific outcomes out of this, e.g. being aware of body language, dealing with blame, problem solving.

If anyone's done a good customer service programme that led to an accredited programme, please let me know!

  1. accredited by who…?
    apart from the NVQ route.. one of the most successful ways some companies have done this is the ILM development or endorsed awards.
    With this route you can get your own programs accredited.
    Many training providers and consultants offer this as a value add to their programs.

    Hi Kush

    I was in a similar predicament about a year ago, looking for customer service training that could lead to accreditation without the paperchase associated with NVQs. I came across an organisation called Service Advantedge who do training courses accredited by the ICS. From recollection, participants need to provide one piece of written work in addition to attending the course. For more info, their website is
