An exciting project is underway to create a professional body which will bring together Action Learners world-wide via the Internet. The Action Leaning Institute (ALI) is aimed at professionals, trainers, and educators in fact all those who consider lifelong learning to be a driving force in their lives.

ALI will offer its members a host of services and benefits, not least the opportunity to review prior learning and experience, consider future routes to advancement and so realise full career potential. A Career Review Document or CaRD, allows members, to assess their career path to date, benefit from sound career advice and in some cases receive degree credits towards recognised degree programmes.

While career development may be the main focus of the Institute, members will also have access to articles on the latest Action Learning research and practice, international networking opportunities, discussion forums, newsletters, scholarships, a free Action Learning course and much more.
