I am conducting a program on familiarising Management and Marketing Terminology to our sales team. I am looking for what kind of activities can be done so as to ensure to learning has taken place , the audiance being not exposed to any management oreinted knowldge.

Card games always go down well
You could prepare cards (using your printer, some photo paper and a guillotine) with the terminology on and get them to play some kind of game to test recall.
A variant on this is to prepare one set with terminology and another set with definitions, or evan another with examples, and get them to match up term, definition, example. This could be done in small groups.

There are several search engines that have the option to search for video clips. For example:

http://uk.altavista.com/
http://www.dogpile.com/
You can also use any other search engine that hasn’t got this video option; simply add the word video to your other search terms.
