1. Training Database
   Jean
   Our company have just installed a training database. We used a company called Premier IT , who were excellent and very reasonable in price. They installed our database to our local intranet which made it easier for employees to capture diary dates. If you wish to contact Premier IT then please e-mail me for further details.

2. Training and tracking package
   I know of a company who provides this and has done many implementations particularly in the financial services sector where training is critical. If you want to drop me an email I’ll provide you with further details more information.

3. Training Tracking
   My last org used Peoplesoft. We had just under 2000 employees and we used Peoplesoft for all HR data recording. As an L&D Advisor, I used the training functionality which I found excellent. Not sure of suppliers/costs etc.

4. Try a company called “Allens”
   “Allens” is a US based company which has globally located offices which offers a range of integrated packages covering a whole range of on-line and HR or manager administered learning design, support and administration software. I’ve used their software for designing online learning in previous organisations and twice looked at them as an option for automating some of that tedious recording of data.

5. Online LMS
   Glasstap has an online LMS. Originally designed for the care industry, it can be used to enrol and track training. As it’s an Internet solution it is built for any number of users.
