Advice on completing a Masters?

default-16x9

I have been offered the opportunity to complete a Masters in Education (Posat Grad Certificate) and wondered about peoples view on this versus a more facilitation/OD qualification?

Within the NHS, where I currently work its all about 'Education' rather than other types of development. Aside form the benefit of personal development in its own right, I wanted to be sure it will be transferable qualifcation to other sectors?

Any thought greatly appreciated.

Anna

    Hi Anna.

We offer a suite of development programmes in our skills-based Qualifications Framework, many of which have been delivered to 1000s of NHS L&D staff across the UK.

Please feel free to review what we offer at http://www.tap.training.com and to give me a call if you wish to discuss – 02476 411288

    Hi Anna.

I should add that our Qualifications are not 'Masters' level, but accredited at HE level 4 & 5. However, they are skills-based, assessable, practical programmes that are not full of academia, giving L&D professionals skills to do the job, so may not necessarily be what you are looking for.

    Regards,

    Adrian.
