We are looking to bring in a tool to create IT courseware materials quickly and effectively.
The tool we are looking for will enable us to save time when we bespoke our core materials.

Macromedia Captivate
You could try Macromedia’s Captivate program. This is excellent for process based learning.
It does have the down side that the files created are fairly large in terms of Kb – so if you have bandwidth issues I suggest using a good developer.
