2. on what you have learned and what level your skills are now at
3. what you want to do next

Hi there.
I completed the new CTP a couple of years ago and am currently looking at the Diploma which covers coaching and mentoring in more detail.
I recently secured a new role in training and one of the things my new employer was most interested in was my Associate CIPD membership. Perhaps this extra accolade may help too?
The CIPD also run some excellent additional qualifications.
