   There are a couple of free activities on dealing with aggression below. The first is focussed on dealing with aggression from clients, the second from other people in general. Hopefully they’ll be useful to you – or you may be able to adapt them to suit your needs more.

3. Handling difficult people training materials

   You can use handling difficult people training materials which contains slides, workbook and many exercises designed to help people understand how they can manage difficult or pushy people including handling aggression.

   You can also use free exercises available on anger mangament and assertiveness.
