Alan Clayton


Alan Clayton has worked with Amadeus International since 1992. His current clients include Unilever, Motorola, Shell, Warner Lambert, Telecom Eireann etc. Amadeus works across 3 continents to bring integrated organisational transformation processes to companies seriously keen to compete in the 21st century world. The first step requires personal transformation. Previously he worked extensively in sales and marketing roles with large companies and set up a hotel business from scratch. He has experience with groups, middle/senior managers and director/CEOs; Marketing, Sales, R&D, Technical, IT, Finance, HR, and Customer Service functions. His particular interest is in coaching to deliver or exceed a predetermined set of client objectives.
