Aligning Corporate Vision


I am designing a training workshop on aligning a group of middle ranking officers with the corporate vision. Would like to hear ideas on relevant management games. Thanks.

    Hi Christina
    one method that can be used (though it may be longer than you want to take and may not fulfil your specific objective is to use the Seven S model.
    The Vision can be referred to as the “Shared Vision” and becomes the central “S”
    you can then get the group to assess/discuss/plan/challenge the Strategy, Skills, Staff, Systems, Style and Structure of the organisation in relation to the achievement of the Shared Vision.
