The CIPD members website has case study resources. But to be honest I have always asked the client what issues they have been encountering and written non identifiable case studies around these. It’s easy enough to remove/redefine such things as departments/job titles/names etc. and it makes the case study far more relevant to the commissioning organisation. If they have no issues (unlikely) then use current issues from the press such as e-mail misuse; bullying; expense claims, the press is full of them right now.
