I want to use examples of different types of grounds for disciplinary which require application of the formal stages of the disciplinary and grievance procedures & to make life easy, ideally with instructor notes!
The course is aimed at new managers so it will give them a chance hone their knowledge and skills in a safe environment. Does anyone know where I can locate such case studies?

My colleague recently attended a course in house in which the external trainer used you the jury exercises either on cases he had represented or from text book caselaw authorities. My colleague is abroad now but I will try to find the trainer for you. Alternatively I am sure you can adpt the same approach
