I'm guiding a team of experienced trainers through the whole Level 3 Training & Development Award (most have D32/33).Does anyone know of any candidate guidance packs that have been created SPECIFICALLY WITH THIS AWARD IN MIND?
I know that the awarding bodies have similar products for areas such as Care, I.T, etc. but what about T&D???????

Candidate Guides
I am currently working towards Level 4 T&D with Bracknell and Wokingham College. They have a course handbook which outlines some information but I would have thought that you should be posing this question to their college tutor. If you have no joy my tutor has already achieved her Level 4 and therefore may be able to offer some help.

NVQ unit packs
I wrote candidate packs to support virtually the whole of TDLB NVQ 3. Designed as logbooks, they provide a structure for evidence, and a far more coherent view for the assessor. They have been successfully used on the ISM EMTA Team Leader qualifiaction for 4 years. Part of the appeal is that they are plain language, and don’t tie the user up in NVQ speak. TDLB candidate packs.
I have wroked with the TDLB tutors at People’s College in Nottingham. They have an excellent set of packs for level 3 and are/have getting/got a set for level 4. Their packs are in individual Units so candidates can pick and mix for their options. For future referecnce they also have a good pack for each of D32/33/34/36.
