Listening Skills self-assessment
I have delivered a number of Appraisal Workshops to Line Managers and something which raises a smile, and discussion is a Listening Skills self-assessment questionnaire. This comprises of a few questions which need an honest answer and certainly gets delegates thinking about how well they do actually listen to their staff in an Appraisal – or any other – situation.
If you would like a copy of this then please let me know and I will be happy to mail it to you.
Appraisal systems
Would appreciate a copy of the Listening Skills self-assessment questionnaire mentioned by Anne Bryant as I am also going to be doing some training. Could you send it to me by email – gilleanh@ed-coll.ac.uk.
