Does anyone know of a good quality consultant who can train 8 managers in our premises (North London) on the subject of appraisal skills?

Try Vernon De Lord, he carried out a programme for our managers.

She’s done loads of work on Appraisals. She’s set up systems for a Building Society, she’s run lots of apprasial training for various different companies across Europe. She’s excellent and she’s reasonably priced too.
