Assertiveness book
I guess it depends on what angle you come at it from as to which might be the most suitable but for a good general introduction I’d recommend Assertiveness at Work by Ken & Kate Back.

I would highly recommend the BBC book on Assertiveness by authors Rennie and Fritchie.

Would also recommend Assertiveness at Work by Back and Back. Easy to use and apply.
