Assessing global users… virtually

Hi everyone. I have recently been given quite a challenge: I need to ensure that 800 sales users are not only trained, but that they have actually learned. The constraint is, the training will not be done face-to-face as they are situated around the world. Does anyone have any experience of designing assessments for this type of thing? The assessment cannot be true or false, multiple choice etc

I don't know it very well yet, but it looks as if it could suit your needs, based on your brief comment.

No doubt there is a bit of a learning curve, but the site seems to be flexible, clear and fairly well designed for use by anyone who is reasonably used to using online tools.
