I need to identify a way of assessing ICT skills. Does anybody know of any packages in the marketplace for assessing and/or training Microsoft skills?
I'd be grateful for advice.
Thanks

Try MOUS
The main one that springs to mind is MOUS – Microsoft Office User Specialist. I don’t have first hand experience of it, but it is similar to the ECDL certificate – tests users’ skills in key areas of each program in the Microsoft Office suite. For more information you should try the Microsoft website: http://www.microsoft.com/traincert/mcp/mous/default.asp
supplier reference
MindLeaders material, sold by wwwdot group would do this job. Try,

Hope you get it sorted. Fiona
Assessing ICT skills
In our organisation we use Netg. However, I am not directly involved in this so have no further information. They provide on line learning packages for all of Microsoft products.
You could try their web site at http://www.netg.co.uk
