I am thinking of running an assessment centre and would very much like to use an in tray exercise, does anyone have one that they would be willing to share?
The centre will be for sales people.

Use real-life examples

Hope your new job is still going well!
You could put this together yourself by gathering examples of emails, letters, memos, interruptions, customer requests etc and change/delete names as necessary. That way, the exercise relates more to your company

Sue, yes I love it here thank-you! I like the idea of making it real and creating it myself however it was simply down to time..or lack of it as the assessment centre is next week!
