Assessment Model for Coaching Sought

Can anyone help with a model for assessing the before and after results of:
(1) 3 to 6 months of personal coaching for experienced sales people
(2) 3 to 6 months of personal coaching following a good and proven sales training course.

    What about the A22 unit of TDLB NVQ? A fast way to achieve performance against the national standards.That would be a good start and then you can look at either a mangement NVQ or accreditation via another body designed around your own organisational neesds.

    Hi Nigel,
    when you talk about assesing do you mean assesing the individual intheir ability to coach as has been suggested by one of the other respondents, or are we really talking about evaluating the results of the two different types of intervention to build a business case.

    Both are possible depends which one you want.
