As part of the coaching accreditation programme that Standard Life runs we work with Peter Hill from CFM Consulting.
Peter uses a self & 360 degree coaching questionnaire to help analyse coach’s strengths and areas for development (both perceived by others and perceived by self & the difference between these 2 is itself interesting!).
